Worship Team

Our Worship Team is at the heart of our gatherings at Wellspring Community Church, helping to create an atmosphere where people can encounter God in a real and personal way.

Made up of a passionate and committed group — including Paul, Roy, Jordan, Peter, Karen, Angellete, and Gary, along with Paul serving on the mixing desk and Gary operating the media — the team works together both on and off the platform to lead the church in authentic worship.

More than just music, their desire is to lead people into the presence of God, creating space for reflection, praise, and connection. Each member brings their own gifts and heart, united by a shared passion to serve and to point others toward Jesus.

Whether through vocals, instruments, or the technical support behind the scenes, the Worship Team plays a vital role in shaping the worship experience each week, helping to create moments that are both powerful and meaningful for the whole church family.

Pastoral Care Team

The Pastoral Care Team at Wellspring Community Church exists to support individuals and families through all seasons of life. This team offers prayer, encouragement, and practical help, especially during times of difficulty, illness, or personal challenge. With compassion and confidentiality, they walk alongside people to ensure no one feels alone.

Hospitality Team

The Hospitality Team helps create the welcoming and friendly atmosphere the church is known for. From preparing refreshments to setting up spaces and serving at events, they work behind the scenes to make sure everyone feels comfortable and cared for. Their service helps turn gatherings into moments of connection and community.

Welcome Team

The Welcome Team is often the first point of contact for visitors and members alike. With smiles, conversation, and a readiness to help, they ensure everyone who walks through the doors feels seen and valued. They play a key role in helping people settle in, find their way, and feel part of the church family from day one.
